Controlling the Floor
As the Chair, you control who has the floor. The multipoint conference begins in
Voice-activated Switching mode. At any time, you can take the floor, grant the
floor to any site, or release the floor.
Taking the Floor
When the Chair has the floor, its video is seen by all the sites in the conference.

Granting the Floor to a Site
The video of the site receiving the floor is seen by all the other sites and the chair.
As the Chair, you can either grant every floor request automatically or accept or
reject each request manually.
³ To turn on automatic floor grant
2. In the Options dialog box, navigate to the MCU tab.
T Press the red TAKE FLOOR SoftKey.
1. Press <Menu>. The main Menu appears. Select Options.
